Dear Friends, Thank you Peter for sharing your heart. That means a lot to me.
When I think of you tonight, I think of how you have paid your dues to become separate from the world...because you have lived a life of separation, not just a moment. I see a picture of you in a pool of water, splashing and playing, inviting others to join you. It is a place of fresh living water. It is a place that is fun to be. That vision is speaking to me personally. So many times I have wondered how to win the lost. I have wondered how much I should tolerate, when I hate the sins of the lost. I don't want to look at sin or touch it, or think about it. But, you have created a place where sin can't come in the door. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit you invite others to come play and find healing and joy.
The scripture that comes to mind right now concerning you is
Psalm 1.
Blessed is the man, Peter, who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But Peter's delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law Peter meditates day and night. Peter shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season. Whose leaf also shall not wither. And whatever Peter does shall prosper.
That scripture is yours. You own it, as does anyone who is willing to pay the price.
Be blessed, you are a blessing!
Your daughter in Christ,
Barbara

Dearest Peter and Rebekah:
Thank you for your ROAR. I join in your ROAR. Time is short, let us ROAR as often as God urges us. I want to thank you for the beautiful Proclamation, I cried when I received it, I am looking for a frame for it, so it will be hanging in the best spot in my room. For you to take the time to personalize it, well there can never be enough "thank you" notes for that. I reposted it on Facebook and got a much better response, one friend said there were things in the proclamation that she had not thought about in years and brought her closer to Jesus. Amen! That's what it's all about.
I hope you are both feeling great, you must be feeling stronger since you want to ROAR, glory to God in the highest. We live in northeast Texas, so were not hit by the hurricane, but prayers for our brothers and sisters in southeast Texas are appreciated. I am so proud of how Texans have reacted to this hurricane, not looting, etc. dear Lord, give them strength and all they need to make it through, and I pray their electricity is on again soon and that sanitation will be ok. It hit Rockport the worst and fortunately that is not a highly populated area, I only know of one death so far. Well I'll close for now, I can't begin to thank you enough for all the wonderful gifts you've sent, but most of all for your friendship that encourages me daily.
With all the love I have,
your friend in Jesus,
Terri
